Bocuse d'Or Thailand
Dreams Journeys Goal
With our passion and hard work, we train and participate in Asia's culinary competition.
We gain knowledge and experience in training and coaching successful Thai chefs to win!
Who are we
Chef Olivier Castella and Chef Jatuporn Juengmeesuk started to look at the Bocuse d'Or competition back in 2011; we thought that we should bring Thailand Chefs to the top of Asia Chefs. At that time, Thai chefs were not trained and able to show their skills in international competitions.

However, we set our goals high and get to them with hard work and training. We attended more of the world's culinary competitions getting more experience and knowledge. Thai Chefs are now on the way to the top.

Being part since then of WACS, Les Disciples d'Escoffier, Chaine des Rotisseurs, Les Toques Blanches, and Bocuse d'Or, we finally are back in 2017 to Bocuse D'Or competition after few years when Thailand instability did allow us to find sponsors to participate.
By winning the silver trophy for our comeback and be able to participate in the finale in Lyon was the best reward for us. Now we will do our best to bring Thai chef to the top in France final
Bocuse d'Or
The World Culinary Competition
In creating the Bocuse d’Or in 1987, Paul Bocuse imagined a reality show dedicated to cuisine and also to the chefs by applying the codes of major sporting events to a cooking contest.
Since this first edition, the prestigious contest is held in the heart of the Sirha – a trade show dedicated to food service and gastronomy since 1983 – which is held every two years in Lyon, France.
The idea: bring together 24 young chefs from around the world – among the most promising talents in their generation and country – and have them prepare two recipes in 5 hours and 35 minutes precisely, live in front of an enthusiastic audience. To determine the winners: a panel of judges composed of some of the most prestigious chefs in the world.
