Asia-Pacific Selection 2020

11 countries, 2 tests, 5 places for the grand finale in Lyon in 2021.

On July 1st and 2nd, 2020, the Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific will be held – for the second time – in Guangzhou (China). The 11 teams teams composed of the best chefs on the continent will take up the challenge in this prestigious cooking contest. They will endeavour to win a place to represent their country in the grand finale of the Bocuse d’Or that will be held as part of the Sirha Trade show in Lyon, France, in 2021.

During 5 hours and 35 minutes the teams will be compete in specially designed open kitchens facing an enthusiastic public. They will prepare 10 recipes on a plate and on a tray before a jury of top level professionals.

The participants will need to demonstrate wonders of creativity and precise skills in order to create mouth-watering dishes and try to earn a place in the final by finishing in the top 5 in the Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific.
